Through the NENNTORSHIP Cadet Program, these students have gained hands-on experience, built meaningful connections, and become part of a growing movement focused on strengthening the veterinary community.
As staffing shortages continue to impact veterinary medicine, programs like NENNtorship are helping shape the next generation of skilled veterinary professionals — creating a future built on collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional patient care. From equine body work to nutrition, this program introduces a plethora of animal related professions in hopes of inspiring young individual and filling the gaps in community animal care.
